This page is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. When you open it, technical data such as your IP address, the requested URL, the referrer, your browser and the time of the request are processed to deliver the page securely. The specific hosting provider and, where required, the data processing agreement still have to be documented by the operator.

If you submit the reservation or bid form, the following data is stored: spot, brand name, website, contact person, email address, an optional message, the bid or reservation amount and status, and the submission time.

Purpose: handling your sponsorship enquiry, agreeing the reservation or bid, and communicating with you about the auction. Legal basis: pre-contractual and contractual processing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is kept as long as needed for the campaign and any legal retention duties.

Payments and refunds are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. If you start a checkout, your name and email address are passed to Dodo Payments so it can issue the payment and the invoice; payment-card details are entered on their page and are never received or stored here. What is stored here is the payment amount, currency, status, the spot and bid or reservation it belongs to, and the provider’s payment and refund identifiers. Never card data.

Purpose: taking and refunding deposits and sponsorship payments. Legal basis: contractual processing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal retention duties for accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Product analytics via PostHog is only loaded and only starts measuring after you actively accept analytics. It records anonymous page and interaction events such as which spot was selected or that a reservation was started. Form content, names, email addresses and other contact details are never sent as analytics properties.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). The PostHog project host is configured by the operator; whether that host is located in the EU depends on that configuration and is not claimed here.

Session replay is enabled only after you actively accept analytics cookies/analytics tracking, and it stops when you withdraw that consent.

All input fields on brandmymarathon.com are masked in session recordings so entered form values are not recorded.

Payment card details are not processed or entered on brandmymarathon.com. Payments take place on Dodo Payments’ checkout.

You can accept or reject analytics in the notice shown on your first visit, and change your decision at any time.
